About My Teaching
I first began practicing yoga as a way to supplement athletic training and stage performances. Nearly 20 years later, yoga has become an essential partner in my connection to mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
In 2017, I completed my first 500-hour YTT with Modo Yoga International. Since then, I’ve accumulated over 700 hours of training, including Yin Yoga with Corinna Benner, Vinyasa Flow with Dina Tsouluhas and Valerie Anne Verdier through Modo Yoga, Creative Sequencing with Valerie Anne Verdier, and Core Pilates/Vinyasa with Lindsay Janisee.
Movement has always been a form of expression, connection, and self-reflection for me. After many years of living with chronic back pain, I often turned to my yoga practice as a way to unlock my body and find freedom in movement. In my teaching, I strive to ensure that classes are accessible while still offering meaningful challenge.
I believe deeply in the power of a consistent mobility practice and love supporting students in their journey to build one.
Private Yoga Sessions
Private sessions are a chance to slow down and explore your practice in a way that feels personal and supportive. Together, we can focus on your goals, needs, or curiosities — whether that’s building strength, finding more ease, or simply making space for yourself.
I offer private sessions all over the New York Metro Area. Reach out to learn more about booking a private class with me!

In Studio Classes
In-studio classes are where community thrives. You’ll find a mix of dynamic, grounding, and restorative practices where everyone is welcome — a place to sweat, breathe, and feel at home in your body.
Join me in-studio at Fyra Yoga (West Village & Williamsburg) and Arise Yoga (Bed Stuy & Crown Heights).
